You can Boost/Increase your food intake appetite/urge by engaging in some of the following routines. 

1) Eat small and frequently too. 

2) Eat more of favorite foods and have those tasty wines. 

3) Take honey: this has natural sweetness and also quickens digestion. 

4) Carry out regular exercise and don't forget to have enough rest
